Since 1938, March of Dimes has helped millions of babies survive and thrive. March of Dimes believes in a world where every mom and baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race, gender or geography. Our mission is to lead the fight for the health of all moms and babies. Our goals are to end the preventable maternal health risks and deaths, end preventable preterm birth and infant death, and close the health equity gap.

The U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for families of color. Through research, programs and advocacy, our supporters enable us to be there for parents throughout their pregnancies. The maternal and infant health crisis is real. But so is our impact. We’ve accomplished much, but we have a long way to go to create a world where every mom, baby and family is healthy and strong.
